A unique experience, the Industrial Patent Suite is named for the U.S. patents registered by the original owner of the house, industrialist H.H. Hewitt. Located on the basement level, directly across from the Billiard room, Hewitt’s patents and related memorabilia are on display throughout the room. Please note that the HVAC system white noise may be heard throughout the room. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower with built in seat. King-size bed, luxurious linens, smart TV, wi-fi, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and bath amenities. During emergencies, personnel may need to enter in order to reach a security panel.
